Bratton Pack After School Club

The BRATTON PACK OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB is an on-site facility that provides high quality out of school care. It opened in January 2003 to cater for the needs of families whose children attend our school.

The club has built on and extended the school’s provision, by providing child care in a happy, safe and secure environment. We provide a range of exciting, stimulating and fun activities, combined with the opportunity for relaxation or quiet study if required. There is also a dedicated Early Years Zone within the club building, specifically for our little ones. We aim to be forward thinking in approach and respond to feedback from children and parents on the service we provide.

The club is run by its own team of qualified staff, and it maintains close links with the school to take advantage of the resources the school site has to offer, including sports, play and wildlife areas.

The Bratton Pack Club is run from ‘The Den’, a building constructed, finished and equipped with the club in mind. These facilities include areas for relaxation (music/TV/DVD/video), computing (including broadband internet access and interactive whiteboard technology) and outdoor sports and games activities. Equipment and materials are available for art, craft and design, including cookery and gardening activities.

The BRATTON PACK Club can cater for 48 children with an adult ratio of 1:8.

The After School Club opens from 3.15 to 6.00 pm, supervising children from the end of the school day. During the course of the evening sessions, a light snack including a drink will be provided.

The Breakfast Club opens from 7.30 am to the start of the school day when children transfer directly to the school. The Breakfast Club provides a healthy breakfast of cereal, toast and drinks.

The Holiday Club opens during school holidays from 7.30 am until 6.00 pm for a full day. Half day sessions are available from 7.30 am to 1.00 pm and 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm. During the holiday period , breakfast and lunch are provided and the children who are staying for a full day bring in a lunchbox from home which they eat at about 4.30pm.
